Fit for a queen...Many a bag of ground almonds have been waisted in my kitchen as a result of my obsession with these little sherbet coloured puffs of culinary perfection. There is a place in Paris called Laduree,its a patisserie/tea salon from old parisian times which are famous for making these little treasures, whats even more amazing is they come especially packaged in the most beautiful little boxes. Go have a look at their website for all the other mouth watering delights they make. This place might just be worth a special visit, i better brush up on my French.
